Pokemon XY Phantom Forces Gengar Spirit Link
The Mega Evolution rule says your turn ends when one of your Pokémon
becomes a Mega Evolution Pokémon. But when the Pokémon Tool card Gengar
Spirit Link is attached to Gengar-EX, that rule doesn't apply. As long as you have the Energy for it, you can use Phantom Gate on the same turn Mega Gengar-EX comes into play!
